Virtual Address – do I need to inform the support that the parcel is delivered to the warehouse?

If you decide to use our warehouse for the delivery of your parcel(s), you do not need to inform us about the parcels that are to arrive at our warehouse.

However, before using our address, the customer must open an account, providing his/her full name during registration. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify who the parcel belongs to and it will be stored at our warehouse among unidentified parcels.
