How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order in automatic mode up until the order has been paid (has an Unpaid status) or until it has been approved by the support service (has a Pending status). To cancel this you will need to go to ‘My Orders’ in your personal account and click on the X next to the order that you wish to cancel. See the screenshot below.

If you cancel a ‘Pending’ order, your full payment is automatically returned to your balance immediately after the cancellation.

If the order is in the middle of being processed (has a ‘Processing’ status), it can be cancelled only through a message to the support, or by contacting the order department on +44 1945 580318. Once the order has been purchased and has a ‘Processed’ status then this order can no longer be cancelled.
